Transport Lane Norfolk

My first in-land landscape since joining olivers patreon and painted on the biggest size I've ever done also, which I enjoyed emmencely. I still felt struggled on how to heal with the very busy foreground but hope I managed to capture the feel of summer. Hubby loved it and hung it up immediately so sorry about the flash.

Any advise on foreground technique would be much appreciated, I'm wondering if I just needed a much bigger brush to cope with the paper size??

I like the fence that emerges from the weeds, very much, especially the little indicator board.

I'm wondering if you had used more yellowish hues for the field, in the midground, to suggest even more the feel of summer and, as mentioned before, some warmer, more vibrant colors for the foreground weeds.

And yes, you're right with the bigger brush, I always fall into this trap, as well.
