This is a view from Cynala, a 5 or 6 house settlement on the edge of the Epynt looking toward the Cambrian hills. Between are two valleys, the Dulas and the Irfon both of which often fill with mist in the early morning in late Summer and into the Autumn. Cefn Gorwydd is on the on the right of the ridge between the two valleys and often just protrudes above the mist though sinks into it at the far end, which is where I live. This is just a small picture 11 x 5.5 inches on Arches rough and used the puddle of pigments already on my palette, almost certainly including ultramarine, burnt umber lemon yellow.
