While driving around rural Wisconsin some years ago, I came across an abandoned house. I parked and walked all around and took several pictures ( I always have a camera with me). The picture in the back, I thought, would make a nice painting. Based on the tree growing out of the foundation I would say the house has been abandoned for 20 years or more
