Thank you to Christine Campbell Ritter for the inspirational reference photo. There's a lot going on in this photo, but I was especially drawn to and challenged by the rocks and boulders. The big boulder out in the river seems to be the star of the show. The photographer's thoughtful composition made the scene a great subject.
