I like the variety of blues, greens and greys and the freshness of their application. They seem to capture the feeling of a cloudy day. I find the rocks? a little difficult to interpret, they might need to be blended into the scene by softening the lower edge while wet. I also think the detail in the trees on the left seems a little regimented...maybe more random marks would help this. Overall, an interesting picture.
