Constitution Bridge at Cadiz
This is a view from the left bank of the San Pedro river as it drains into the Bay of Cadiz to the right of the picture. On the left side is the Constitution Bridge that crosses the bay into the city.
When I took the photograph, the sky was darker with grey clouds covering large areas and had contrasting regions of light red and clear yellow which reflected nicely on the water late in the evening, but... watercolours still control me more than I control them. I'll keep working to solve that.
The water in the foreground was also lighter than I wanted, but I solved that rewetting the area of the clear reflection (that should have been clearer and wider) and covering the rest with a Payne's grey wash.
It is a small size: 23 x 12 cm. W&N on Arches 300 g/m2.
Comments welcome.

Thank you Trevor. I agree that the sea needs some more life. Ideally the reflection should have been more intense, almost white and very bright, but I was afraid to touch it any more without spoiling the entire picture.
