Plein air from my porch.

I managed to hurt my back and could barely walk for a couple of days. But with nature right outside the door, I decided to paint on the porch. It is very small, this sketchbook. And I choose it this time for two reasons. I can't be still for more than short while until it hurts and I have to walk the pain away. But mainly because cows are so incredibly difficult to me. Better mess up 2 cm than five?! 😅

I liked the greens. They are readymade. Hookers and Perylene. Then cad yellow for streaks of buttercups. I was very tempted to use a bit of salt for the white flowerbeds. Sprinkling water did not work..

Thank you for great tips! Andy is super. I have not seen this video. My back will heal with help of a good kiropr, and some rest. (I am getting old..😅) And yes, they can be quick! Usually when I don't want them to!
