Lepe, Hampshire, UK
I saw one of Andrew Pitt's short videos on painting skies using only two colours: Cobalt Blue and Light Red. So I thought I'd find a subject that included a lot of sky, and have a bash myself.
We visit Lepe quite often, and I find that the horizontal plane tends to dominate in that landscape. So a focus on the sky in lieu of obvious vertical interest might offer a solution.

Looks like I’ll get to try that sky tutorial! Beautiful use of your red and blue.
