I think your background hills and sky sit beautifully in your study. I agree with Paul that your focal point looks split between the 2 groups of buildings. My only suggestion is to reduce the size and solidity of the foreground hedge as sometimes when you have a strong horizontal in the foreground it can act as a barrier to the focal point. Hope that makes sense.
