Wow. I like so much about this lovely painting. My favorite thing is how you shifted the focus back just a bit from the extreme front edge of the scene, drawing the eye into the reeds, then into pond. Then the barest hint of red in the field pulled my focus again to the washed red roofs of the town. Just beautiful. I’m learning a lot from your work.
