Rocks at the beach
This is anautumn view of one of my favourite beaches in North Berwick, Scotland. In the distance is Bass Rock, one of the most important breeding sites for gannets, and therefore permanently showing off a gleaming white top. It is a volcanic rock and remnants of volcanic activity can be seen everywhere around here. It was an overcast day, with some rain in the distance and bursts of light on the water. I am practicing skies but still not quite able to capture what I see. I would be grateful for any suggestions to improve.
