Lock-out problem
Hi @Thom Pyle - My original login account has been locked out of the forum for a couple of weeks. I received a message something like "Access denied by site administrator" when I attempted to log in. I tried resetting my password, but received the same message. Today I created a new login with a different email address to see if the forum was still active, and found that it is. Now the message I get when I attempt to log in with the original credentials is different: "It looks like you can't log in with that email. Try a different email address" and my original account seems to be gone. Do you know what caused the lockout, and/or how to get my original account back? My preference is to use the original account to retain the history associated with it, but can adapt if necessary of course. - Thanks, Sally
Hi Thom- thanks for looking into this. In my original account this was the info:
Display Name: Sally
First Name: Sally
Last Name: Gaddis
Email: I'll send my original account email via the contact form on the website
In case knowing a post I made with the original account helps you any, in the Questions & Answers section I created the post titled "Overworked". The poster's name shows my Display Name (Sally), but my replies to others in that same post show as being made by "Unknown member", even though all entries for that post were made using my original account.
