Some members are sharing wonderful photos they've taken and are offering them for others to use as reference photos for their own painting.

Since the Off Topic category was taken down, I'm wondering if a reference photo category could be set up to place such photos in, because when they are placed amongst the painting images, they eventually get lost down in the pages as time goes by, and they may be missed entirely. If shared photo references could be given a separate place, members could easily view and access them whenever they needed inspiration or views of a type of locale they don't normally have around them.

Each post could be titled as to locale or type ( i.e., marsh scenes, mountain views, tree structures, etc.) to make it easy for members to search them out. Such photos would be so helpful. Several members might even want to tackle the same photo scene, which would be very interesting and informative to see how different people handled the same material, and we could enjoy the various styles.
