This is a friendly community for people who enjoy painting landscapes in watercolour. We're here to learn, share our work, encourage each other, and make friends with fellow artists. it’s what makes this space different to mainstream social media.

For that reason, we don't see any need for anonymous or private profiles in this group. This isn't the dark web—we're simply a community of artists sharing a passion for watercolour.

I'd also appreciate members using a real first name, or something that sounds like one. Whether it's Lucy, Karen, George, Theo, or any other genuine name, that's absolutely fine. Usernames like LK876& or XQ_47_Zebra do make me wonder if I'm talking to a watercolour artist or a Wi-Fi password. 😄

Being open about who we are helps build trust, makes conversations more enjoyable, and keeps this group friendly for everyone.
