Snowy Road
Winter will arrive here in Michigan before too long. I loved this reference photo. The painting "reads" fairly well but there's a LOT of room for improvement, especially in the shadows on the road (too flat, too many). The painting is 9" X 12". I might try it again somewhat larger.

Lovely scene and the trees are very nicely painted. If you paint it again, consider strengthening the right hand edge of the road to emphasize the topography and the "line" leading into the composition.
