Every year three cherry trees explode with color in front of an otherwise undistinguished apartment building in my neighborhood. This year I managed to get there at the height of bloom. A plein air attempt.

It feels a little on the chalky side to me, and the sky might be just a touch busy.If you plan things out beforehand, it can really help to decide what you want to stand out and carry the feeling of the painting.
The sky might benefit from a calmer, more even wash. For the trees, you could try a wet-into-wet approach—something along the lines of Zoltan Szabo’s style, but in pink 🙂
The building is really nicely done. The contrast with the trees works well and actually helps the trees read as lighter, which is a lovely effect.
