I took this picture in the morning, April, 2024. On a previous morning, there was more pink in the sky. I tried experimenting with Manganese Blue Nova (Holbein) and Rose Lake (Maimeri Venezia) for the sky as they seemed less granular. Tricky; I found m. blue is a little unpredictable. More important, is I found that I fiddle way too much. I can't stop fiddling. Someone needs to start a support group. The tree became too wide at the top, didn't bend as much; the vegetation in the foreground became a large green rabbit. Oliver's and Edo's Youtubes are inspiring and helpful, as are many of the folks' works here. Guess I need to just keep working at it.
