I used what I learned from Oliver's YouTube about painting sky, didn't wet all the paper and get some of the hard edges in cloud.

The water, I can't decide to have lavender cobalt blue mix or ultramarine blue and cobalt teal mix. I choose the latter and it loses the color harmony with the sky in return of the contrast.
