Here some sketches from a summer scene in my Franconian surrounding. It was a hot summer afternoon, the straw bales caught my attention. You see the process vom pencil Thumbnails, the right one as a tonal study in graphite Aquarelle pencils and the left one with watercolour. Do you think, this would give a good greater painting? Should i include the tree with tree trunk on the right side? In these hot days, i love to make small sketches and the greater pictures become more a challenge for me.
