I had fun painting this view! I used wet on wet for the sky and mountains. I watched an Edo video where he painted distant houses, and that helped me (although he made it look easy and it certainly wasn’t for me!)

The water posed the biggest challenge. I overworked it into oblivion because I couldn’t get the colors or texture right. Lake water is much greener than I realized. I made it too gray or too blue to start. I learned a lot during this process and would love some feedback!
