This summers vacation in gorgeous Toscane. When I took the photo I wished to paint it right then and there. I’m from the Netherlands and Toscane seems a distant memory on a gloomy and gray day like today. Thank you for creating this forum! I’m open to any suggestions! I didn’t stop when I should have, doing the sky. The foreground asks to much attention, but I intend to paint this landscape at least a few times more, and see how I can make it more about the sky or the village, one or the other…Oh yes, and I’ll try to more patient next time.
