Cloud Practice
I am eagerly awaiting next part of Olly's sky series, where he promised to tackle large cloudskapes. But I decided to make a try on my own while waiting so painted this view from an excursion along the coast a year or so ago. I will make another version when Olly shows me how....

Thanks, Marco. Don't worry, as we all know, mistakes are for learning. And I find my biggest flaws are technical more than lack of intention. I want to paint the sky wet-in-wet and I haven´t yet mastered the relations between paper wetness and paint consistency. And still a lot to learn about colour mixing, but that is easier, even if I still get surprised about the drying change in some pigments.
