Sometimes i like to paint small details of a landscape, to look for light and shadows. Here i wettet the paper first with clear water around the lillies, and then in a second layer, i painted the lillies and added depth and darks. In the first try, i overworked it, here i let the upper half, how i painted it in the first wash. Do you think the bottom half is too much done?
