Another subject to run through the process starting with a pencil sketch. This time I also made a tonal study in watercolour with sepia and indigo, just to try to form more consistent shapes before making an attempt with colour. The watercolour was painted in my 15x21cm Khadi sketchbook. Any comments and suggestions are most welcome.
