Another moped turning into a sunlit street
When I find some interesting light to photograph for a potential painting, I hang around and wait for something to happen to provide me with a focal point. A few cars came by, but this moped turning into the main street was the best.
I've tried to connect forms and limit my palette as much as possible. It's all about the light, so to make things pop its also all about the shadows.

Fantastic sense of shadows. I appreciate how your shadow color is not just one tone over everywhere there is shadow. The more colorful foreground shadow plays against the more muted distant shadow tone. Beautiful work.
