Hello everyone, it is my first time sharing my painting. I have been a member of this forum since the inception of the forum and have been following, but haven't had a courage to share my painting. I must confess that I am very nervous about it. I am a huge admirer of the British landscape and Oliver. Love to watch "Escape to the country". I have always been drawn to the watercolor for the same reasons you are all. Since my retirement in 2020, I have been painting/practicing almost everyday. In the beginning I spent lots of time painting botanicals, but realized that my desire was to paint landscapes. The touble was and still is that I try to put too much details (old habit from painting botanicals) in a landscape painting. I think I am getting better, but I have to constantly remind me not to do it. Well I don't want to bore you with a long story, so I will stop here today. Bye.
