A stand of trees in my local park in The Hague. I loved the way the sun burnt through the branches.

To get the effect of the sun streaming through the trees I like lifting out the paint with a damp brush and tissue to get a hazy feel to it. Also with the rays in the trunks - then dropping Quin. Gold into it.
