Bend in the River
I tried this semi-abstract watercolour using a limited palette - Winsor Blue, Quin Gold, Brown Madder, Aureolin, on Winsor Newton block 9x12", 140lb rough. My own photo of a local river. I'm not sure that this technique worked for this subject. Any thoughts?

Lots of energy in the water, fantastic, reminds me of some of Turners pictures, the trees on the banks have wonderful colours
