I’m working on a birthday present for my little grandson whose birthday is during the first week of next month. He is a big fan of King Arthur and his mythical kingdom of Camelot. I want to do something that will please his imagination now when he is so young, but will still be pleasing to the adult he will one day become, as I hope he will treasure it enough to keep it as a memory of his grandmother who loves him so much.

I would appreciate any critique and suggestions for improvement you may have. It is 9x12 on Arches 140# CP.

I have found a lovely frame for it and am excited to get the final version matted and framed. I know a painting is not a toy, which may appeal more in the short term, but I will throw in a game or a puzzle too for the excitement factor. LOL
