Olly's Project No. 2 - The Banks of Fine Creek
Two things: 1) As suggested, I didn't look at Olly's sketch before doing this and I am glad I didn't. It makes sense to work the composition out yourself, etc. 2) Obviously, room for improvement here, and not entirely happy with the painting, but super happy that I completed it and in line with No. 1. above (not peeking). I am also super excited about the photos, because there are hundreds of sketch/painting opportunities with these beautiful photos and I am just getting started.

I really like the texture your painting has, it's very unique. The water has very realistic qualities and movement from the dry brush technique and the lines- I really like it.
