Morning at Old Harry Rocks from my recent trip to Dorset With OP and other students. This is 10'x16' on Arches 140# CP Block, done in my home art room today. Taken from the same spot Olly took us to, a few days later about 10:30 am, so the shadows were different. The sky was very clear, so I used the sky from the prior visit a few days earlier. Made for a more interesting compsition. I am pleased how it turned out.
You have every right to be pleased Ken. Nice hoe you worked out the forefround grasses. They emphasize the sense of depth. Particularly on the left side where you separated the light grasses from the green hill on the rocks. There is distance between the two.
