Death valley
In 2015 we visited this wonderful dessert. On our way back to Europe we heard about a severe storm causing heavy flash floodings. Not the kind of weather for such a kind of environment.

Love the drama in the stormy sky against the calm desert land. Reminds me of watching "monsoon" storms brewing in the Arizona desert where I grew up.
