This is a painting of my favourite beach in Nairn, Scotland and it took me a long time before I attempted to paint it in watercolour. I definitely need to practice skies and am not convinced the shadows are quite dark enough at the base. I would be very grateful for your comments and any suggestions how to improve the painting.
