Glowing Aspens
I attempted to capture a picture from early fall in High Sierra (North Lake, Bishop, CA).
Couldn’t quite figure out how to capture the glowing yellow light from the aspens and reflections on the tree trunks. I wanted to balance the overload of yellow with violet shadows but might have overworked the shadows

Thank you Trevor and LetoVa for the valuable input. I added more value to the bottom left, tree trunks and darkened some foliage in the shadows. The value constrast is much better now
