Watercolour on Millford watercolour paper 300 grams.
How to use Millford 300 gr?
- Millford paper is engineered to keep water on the surface, allowing for smooth flat washes and vibrant colours.
- It's excellent for colour lifting techniques, bringing the white shade of the surface to the forefront of the painting.
- The paper retains vividness of colour and is perfect for multiple glazes.
- Its hard sizing provides resistance to buckling and curling when exposed to water.

I have a stash of Whatman paper. Perhaps it's time to cut another sheet into manageable sizes from the full folio sheet. I have a small work area, and none of my boards can accommodate such a huge piece of paper. I do like painting on it. I bought the paper in Philadelphia in the early 1970's. Here is a painting I made a few years ago on a scrap.
