This was a real rush. One evening last week I was out at around 6 oclock in the evening as the sun was setting and back lighting fast moving clouds. I dont think I really did them justice, but the point was it gave me a great chance to really respond directly to the changing sky before my eyes, So i just went for it - I overdid each individual painting in the end as things were moving so quickly, but i'm not to bothered about the finished results, it was more about the learning experience, that I will now take forward.

This was the next day - I brought some quinacridone gold with me this time which helped
