'Sr Nigel Gresley' crosses Saddleworth viaduct

The locomotive named 'Sir Nigel Gresley' who designed it for LNER [ London and North Eastern Railway ] with its unique streamlined shape honed in a wind tunnel. An identical engine, 'Mallard' still holds the world speed record for a steam locomotive set at 126mph in 1938. I followed Olly's previous advice and went light on the tree tones to avoid distraction from the train, viaduct and reflections.

Impressive! I always like when paintings look really detailed at first glance but then you look closer and realise they're just well-arranged splotches of colour.
