Much more, I very much agree with Olly, that you must find your own subjects and try to learn on doing them. In this regard,
I wonder, if I may post a reference photo, subject of one of my paintings and the painting, of course. Could you analyze and tell an opinion? I must warning you, I'm a beginner.

I leave people and wildlife out of my painting because I like to show you the beautiful emptiness of the Dutch flatlands. A figure or a cow attract so much attention.
Especially when they are in now popular colours like Lavender or turquoise.
