Frosty morning
Based on a photo from a friend. Arches CP. Ultramarine, cerulean, raw sienna and lavendar. This was an exercise in restraint - using as few brushstrokes as possible, especially the shadows.

Great painting Paul! You captured the essence of the landscape very well, I feel the icy air on my skin and hear the crunch of the snow under my boots. For me it is always a challenge to reproduce the moods in a landscape. Well done!
