Scene from a photograph made during a trip returning from the island Schiermonnikoog. Ships fall still at low tide and rest untill the water returns.

Painted on Hahnemuhle, 300 gr cp. Size 48x24 cm. Colors used are W&N Antwerp blue and DS Payne's grey and Lavender.

I tried out this paper but I'm not fond of it. It doesn't seem to absorb the wet paint very well.
