Yesterday seemed like a nice day for plein air. But spring can be whimsical in weather. And soon it was blowing too hard for safety. Falling branches is no good.. But I had time to draw the scene out, and then finished it safely at home. Had I painted this outside -I would have been happy. But now not so much. I like the timbershed. Other than that the colours bore me. I this is what I mean by being happy if it was plein air. The colours are basically correct with greys and dull yellow greens. But at home I could have cleaned up the colours?! Try again with another design aswell.
