Had a go at painting one of my favourite holiday sketches from Richmond Park, and even though there are some elements that not exactly went as "planned", I'm quite happy about this. Never painted flowers before, and very few plants, apart from trees, so that was interesting. They're just blobs, anyway. Struggled very much with the hedge and decided in the end to dull it down with a shadow glaze, to remove some focus from it.
