Such a wonderful reply! We don't exactly get "fall colours" (colors/colours... never a need to worry about spelling, they are both correct). I miss seeing the oranges/yellows/reds/purples of fall just as I miss the first snow. I don't miss all the other snow and ice though. If we dug far enough back, it's likely we are related distantly, right Roger? It is certainly a small world. The wonderful thing about family is diversity. Considering how diverse we are, we should all be much more tolerant of others, but sadly that's not always the case. Amsterdam sounds amazing! I'm glad you were able to explore all it's beauty!! Washington state is so stunning. We've been all over the Pacific Northwest. You have a good excuse to visit there if you haven't already.
