Well since I realised that I'm no good at this watercolour painting lark l decided I've got nothing to lose so instead of being precious with my materials I've just let rip. I use good materials and paint whatever comes to mind and if it doesn't work so what? After all what's worse paper that's not used or paper with bad marks on it. The nett result is that I'm getting better. I've even produced work which I'm quite pleased with. Now I paint daily. Sometimes it's not a great result but sometimes it's OK and when I look through my work I can see a definite improvement over time and all because I realised that I'm no good. And also because of Olly and Edo's tutorials (and a few others)
