Empty palette recommendations please!
Hello, can anybody please recommend a good watercolour palette that can be used in the studio and for Plein air. I am looking for something that would cater for upto 24 colours max. Don’t mind paint wells in the lid as I will dry any excess water. I have been looking at the Holbein copy palettes that are ceramic coated which would be great for mixing but worried about build quality. Also looked at Shinhan 24 well palette and Mijello palettes but cannot decide. Large mixing wells would be great. I know palettes are personal taste but I would be very interested to hear what everyone has. BTW currently using a small Meeden metal palette (image attached) for half pans for upto A4 paper size but looking to upsize to A3 and use bigger brushes, hence need bigger paint wells and mixing area. Thank you in advance…

Like dbest 48917 (see comment below) I too use and like the Mijello 18-well palette. good enough for A3 size landscapes. It has multiple trays/wells. The price is also right.
