Challenge August 2026
I started with the lighter colours, working wet-on-wet.
Once this was dry, I added the darker tones and let it dry again.
Finally, I added the trees and shadows to bring the whole watercolour together.

The Neptunes are like squirrel brushes, so I use them in the first stages a lot.

A good one Edo, I was already curious what your painting would look like. Your use of color variation in the lower right corner gives the painting a nice vivid look. Good shadow work.👍
