Mixing greens

Many thanks to Penny Wohler-Stone for the beautiful reference photo. I've been working on mixing greens and it's been a frustrating endeavor! I keep coming up with mud, but this one has worked considerably better and gives me hope that I'm on the right track. I would love some input from other members of the forum on how you mix your greens or do you simply use pre-mixed colors right from the tube such as Hookers or Sap. Which blues mixed with which yellows work best for you? Cobalt & Lemon? Ultramarine & Raw Sienna? Prussian & whatever? I'm trying to simplify it for my trees to get a yellow-green for light areas and a blue-green for shadow areas. So confusing!
