Yellow Ochre and Raw Sienna

I'm wondering why I have both these pigments in my palette when they look so alike? I know one is more opaque than the other. I was slapping yellow ochre into my skies until I recently watched Olly's 2nd (much appreciated) video about skies. I'm probably showing a great deal of ignorance in asking this question.

PBR7 is the genuine pigment. The best is from Monte Amiata. And Raw Sienna is fairly dark and earthy. You cannot compare it with the Daler Rowney or W&N ones. It's just another pigment. Although it is named Raw Sienna.
