Quill sizes vs round sizes
Been confused by this. Anyone with a chart?
Example is a size 6 quill about the same size as a 12 round?
Looking to buy a quill brush and want one about the size of a 12 round.

Art- quill sizes seem to be at the whim of the manufacturer. Best I can tell is that the size represents the MM measure across the base of the brush. The Jackson’s I use for example, a size 8 squirrel is 8 mm across the base and just slightly larger than a round size 12.
