Canola field
I happened upon this beautiful field of Canola in mid-May, a few miles north of Stockbridge, Michigan. I took photos, and a week later, they were mostly brown. Attached are the painting and the reference photo.

The painting is quite nice. However, the gray mat is sapping some of the color brilliance from the watercolor. Try a white or slightly off-white mat.
